How do I measure my wall for a custom mural?
Measure the maximum width and height of your wall in centimeters or inches. We recommend adding 5-10cm (2-4 inches) to both dimensions to account for uneven walls and to ensure a perfect fit during installation.
What is the difference between Peel & Stick and Paste-the-Wall wallpaper?
Peel & Stick is a self-adhesive fabric that is removable and repositionable, making it ideal for renters. Paste-the-Wall is a traditional non-woven material that requires wallpaper paste for application and offers a premium, long-lasting finish.
How long does shipping take?
Since each mural is custom-printed to your dimensions, production takes 2-4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Can I clean my wallpaper mural?
Yes, our murals are printed with UV-resistant inks and can be gently wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive sponges to preserve the print quality.
What is your return policy?
Because our murals are custom-made to your specific wall dimensions, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your product arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days for a full replacement.
Will the mural come in one large piece?
To ensure safe shipping and easy installation, your mural will be divided into vertical panels, typically between 50cm and 100cm wide. Each panel is numbered for a seamless assembly process.
