Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Mural
Before installation, please check your mural for any printing defects or size discrepancies and ensure all panels are present and in good condition.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the issue to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping label.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Place the mural back into its original protective tube or box, ensuring the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or dispatch a replacement mural within 3-5 business days.
